Shipping Policy
Welcome to theluxeaurashop! We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. To ensure a smooth experience, we partner with PostEx, one of Pakistan's leading logistics networks, for all our domestic deliveries.  
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).  
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.  
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email with your unique tracking details.  
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary depending on your city and location:  
Main Cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2 to 3 working days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 to 5 working days.  
Note: Deliveries may take slightly longer during peak shopping seasons, sales, or public holidays (such as Eid).
  
3. Shipping Charges
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.  
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.  
(Optional) We offer Free Shipping on orders above Rs. [Insert Amount, e.g., 3000].
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide through PostEx.  
Please ensure you provide a complete and correct address along with an active phone number so the delivery rider can contact you easily.  
5. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, PostEx will send you automated updates via SMS. You can easily track your package in real-time by entering your tracking ID on the official PostEx tracking portal.  
6. Delivery Attempts
PostEx riders will attempt to deliver your parcel up to 2 or 3 times.  
If you are unavailable, please coordinate with the rider or contact our customer support immediately to reschedule. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to our warehouse.
